Right now: ₹0 on every job. Our standard fee — 2% of the job budget, minimum ₹20 per job — is currently waived. It is added on top of the budget and collected with the escrow amount only when the offer is not active.

The worker receives the full job budget (e.g. ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000 in the examples above). The platform fee — when active — is the Provider's separate charge for using WorkMart's matching, escrow and safety features, and is never deducted from a worker's earnings.
After a job is paid out, providers can send the worker a tip (₹10–₹2,000) straight from the job page. 100% of every tip goes to the worker. Tips are voluntary, final and non-refundable.
Providers pay securely through our payment partner (Razorpay), which supports UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. Worker payouts go directly to the worker's verified bank account.
Prices shown in the app are inclusive of applicable amounts unless stated otherwise. Users are responsible for their own tax obligations on income earned or payments made through the Platform.
